STEP 1
DESK & FIELD RESEARCH
This is the process to collect knowledge, data, current user feedback, service providers' concerns to find out where we could improve.
It normally includes online resources, interviews of different stakeholders, mapping, etc.
STEP 2
USER JOURNEY & DATA ANALYSIS
According to the research, the user journey or blueprint will be made. The collected data will be analysed with different methods, SWOT, concept map, etc.
STEP 3
IDEATION
Brainstorming and idea analysis. Time for a big brain!! And the ideas need to be selected according to the service provider and the users' demands.
STEP 4
PROTOTYPE & USER TEST
The prototypes can be adjusted according to the user tests. The more precise user tests are, the better the result would be.
STEP 5
FINAL
We confirm the final version of the design prototype/ideas.
